Personal training sessions are completely customized to each individual. Each session lasts 60 minutes and takes place in a comfortable space at Hyde Park Gym.
In addition to training sessions, I’ll help you calculate your macros, set up MyFitnessPal tracking, and provide you with the accountability you need to hit your goals.
Meal planning is critical to being successful and staying on track! I’ll provide you with tips and tricks so you can properly plan and create a healthier you.
