Often in daily life we strain a back muscle or “pull something” in our back simply because we’re not used to reaching over our shoulder and working against a heavy load.
We twist and turn all day, opening doors, picking up and moving our kids, avoiding bumping into people at the gym.
A weak core is one thing, but a core that has never been trained to turn is a recipe for a back injury.
